Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Fragrant Rice
  • 1 Cup Peas, Frozen
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Potato
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 2-3 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 2 Whole Cardamon
  • 2 Whole Cloves
  • ¼ Teaspoon Crushed Garlic
  • ¼ Teaspoon Crushed Ginger
  • Crushed Chilli to taste
  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut Milk
  • Garnish with Flaked Almonds
Utensils needed:

  • Chopping board
  • Sharp knife
  • Grater
  • Pestle and Mortar
  • 1 Pot for cooking rice
  • Wide saucepan
  • Potato peeler
  • Colander
  • 2 Bowls

Savoury Lassi

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Natural Yogurt
  • ¼ Teaspoon Grated Fresh Ginger
  • ½ Teaspoon Crushed Cumin Seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Coriander
Utensils needed:

  • Hand blender or Nutri Bullet
  • Chopping board
