Dhana Jeera

Ingredients: Utilise metric teaspoon for measuring

  • 250 grams/8.8oz Whole Coriander Seeds
  • 60 grams/2.1oz Whole Cumin Seeds

Aloo Fry

  • 500 grams/1.1lb Potatoes (Russet)
  • 2 Stems of Fresh Curry Leaves
  • Pinch of Chilli Flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoons Dhana Jeera (what we made above)
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • ½ teaspoon Tumeric
  • 1-2 tablespoons Cooking Oil
  • Fresh Coriander to garnish

Utensils needed:

  • Coffee grinder for Dhana Jeera
  • Potato Peeler
  • Knife
  • Chopping Board
  • 24cm/9.5inch Frying Pan
  • Metric measuring spoons
  • Lifter / Flipper
